SRAM motor means
HIGH EFFICIENCY
Despite the same dimensions and cost of Asynchronous and SynchRel motors, SRAM achieves higher efficiency, especially in the partial load range. Compared to PM motors, although PM gets maximum peak efficiency, SRAM achieves higher efficiency over the whole operating range.
3X AHEAD OF COMPETITION
SRAM reduces losses by a further 4X 20% (-20% relative to the just published IE4 norm, -20% relative to the future IE5 and IE6 and even –20% than post future IE7), potentially allowing it to comply with as-yet-unpublished and future IE8 efficiency norm.
COST-EFFECTIVENESS
By SRAM design, it is possible to have a reduction by 30% in terms of active materials cost, getting more compact motors (smaller dimensions) as well as featuring sustainable and less expensive ferrite magnets.
HIGH OVERLOAD & WIDE FIELD WEAKENING
SRAM achieves extended overloads at any speed. Furthermore, providing high torque at partial load and high power at full load, it features an ultra wide field weakeing, up to 10:1. And all this ,with a very low torque ripple, unmatched to date.
